What could this mean?
Just advertising?

Since they want us to sign up for news letter, does this mean more C&C4 news is coming? Patches?

It says new units and factions? add scrin to C&C4?

Or were they just being generic?

Maybe about the new game they are working on?

imo everyone who has been in the closed beta, and is still on here playing C&C4 should get free beta access to next game.

Well, possibly. Considering that I found out today that the mission they gave away with the pre-order was released to the public. Who knows?

Anyways, I hope they do stuff for the other games, too, if they do.

The date in the mail is 2011, but that doesn't necessarily mean it was written now, so I'm not sure.

Looks like an old email which might have been recently forwarded. Maybe by looking at the email's properties and IP codes might reveal something about the email.
CIRE mentioned something about fake emails threatening legal action to the person who put up that video that they want a Gens2 game, and I wonder if some email properties match between the emails.

it said the Tiberium Universe will expand with downloadble content that mean it well be mostly update like a new patch

and its for free 90% it well be free

and that thing inculdes update or patch
in it new factions thats the most important part new factions which means cabal or scrin mostly scrin as i hope but i hope both scrin + cabal comes to us as an update

but what about the new missions they said incules new missions what is this scrin campaing or completing and explaining this undone story

for the units part it well be mostly update of the GDI AND NOD and a 4th unit of our forgotten

for the vehicles mostly itll be somthing big a 4th crawler space ship crawler maybe

or a part of a new system it can be like the cores that general has talked about in fourms

i dont expect that vehicles are new units cuz they said new units so what are the vehicles thats the ask

so these are my thoughts about the only part that i found it important so what u think guyz

That possibly might be the case. Incia mentioned elsewhere that they could not pre-order where they live so did not get the bonus till now. Incia did you just receive that email? Did other here who just got the bonus get that email and I noticed Kyang did? Maybe later CIRE might post in this topic.

i still play C&C4 now these days and while we wait for new C&C to come in future i would love to have new patch by fix some unit issues, balencing the game better and add new faction either fogotten, legion or scrin. i dont think they would do it in future but if they decide to itll be good.
