Return LEGION as part of a big role in the new Tiberian game

Description:
Make LEGION from Kanes wrath be like how CABAL was in Tiberian sun in new Tiberian game.

In Tiberian sun while he was CABAL, he was really cool that was Nods EVA voice of gameplay of the Campaign, skirmish, options menu and multiplayer while also as 1 of the main characters of the story that assist of briefing the commander of their missions besides kane that youll see his face and hear his voice.

Positive Effect:
Fans of CABAL loved him in Tiberian sun incloding in the expansion pack firestorm.
Then when C&C3 came they were questioning to EA about why is CABAL being 100% left out and were woundering what happened to him. Thats when Kanes wrath came that answered about CABAL that turns out to be destroyed and became as LEGION who is more powerful and more advancer than CABAL.

With CABAL being Nods EVA in Tiberian sun while also controls all cyborg units Nod had until in the expansion pack he betrays Nod and had his own cyborg army. He was going to have his own faction all have both robots and cyborgs type units in Westwoods C&C3 but then got hold up and never appeared in C&C3 by EALA.
Then in Kanes wrath he as LEGION and is the leader of the Marked Of Kane faction who is CABAL's sleeping cyborg army and were used until in C&C4 where both the character and the faction never appeared.

After Kanes wrath Story he succsesfuly got the Tacitus for kane and while is possesed by it it ended up in cliffhanger which then the character became 100% lefted out again in C&C4.

Thats when we seen that Westwood was really focus on CABAL in their Tiberian games until then EA that did C&C3 and C&C4 just wasnt focus on CABAL at all unless if they listen to CABAL fans after each game they do. Thats when we were hoping if Victory games could be like westwood that would keep CABAL/LEGION in their mind for the future of their time.

Negative Effect:
Having LEGION being brought back would be really cool depends how much he is gunna to be in part of the new tiberian game. having him back only to have his voice heared in mission briefing like in C&C4isnt going to impress CABAL fans such as myself.
what they would love to have is him being brought back as with lots of stuff he has on him such as being part of the story that becomes a character along with the actors that youll see his face, hear him talking, hear his voice in gameplay of the Campaign, Skirmish, Option costumise, and multiplayer known as NOD's EVA

LEGION needs a purpose, and we should not bring him back without a defined story purpose.

In the end of KW Kane said LEGION has fulfilled his purpose for which he was created, which was to send a message into space, through the use of the Tacitus, to whom is up for debate.

But if Cabal or Legion was to return he would need to have a bigger purpose then an AI.

if there would be CO-OP in campaign what it would proberly be nice is player 1 plays as NOD while player 2 plays as LEGION's faction.

Like in Tiberian sun CABAL is part of nod that assests them in their campaign to fight against GDI by providing them cyborgs.

LEGION could be assistent to them again by allowing his faction to be played in both multiplayer and as the 2nd player in Co-op

CABAL could also "recruit" humans and even Scrin (if they get reintroduced too) into his own army. His cyborgs would be much more experimental and twisted than LEGION's, leading to two very different cyborg armies. LEGION taking on his rogue AI brother would also make for a pretty cool little Nod mission arc.

They hinted all throughout Kane's Wrath that CABAL was still alive within LEGION. I was fully expecting LEGION to play a big role in C&C 4. I'm still hoping they completely ignore C&C 4 so they can really do something awesome with LEGION.
