Any good tactics ?

I don't want stupid rushing, me and a korean got into a fight, said we settled this in Starcraft 2, I LOLed as if I was really gonna play that with him, so its settled that its RA 3.

Anyway any tactics that will counter rushing ? Except putting up base defences as I must attack immediately right after his attack, but you can put up a good tactic in here :)

Oh and the victor gets ANY game, so I really wanna win this.

I am an empire player so I played a lot against good soviet players.
Early game: If ur opponent sends dojos at ur base just use flak mines, and build enough bears at the start to counter the early IW spam.
Mid game: you should have 3 ref by now, build bull frogs to take down tengus and vx choppers, mix bullfrogs with twin blades for an unstoppable harassment. It's something that empire players really can't counter.
Late game: you should have army of hammer tanks, few bears, 1 terror drone (with its stasis ray), bullfrogs and flaktroopers. Use the leech beem to outrange the base defenses, if you maintain your economy good and if you build the right forces, you'll win.

That's a strategy called fast tier3. That's no cheat.

Use twinblades and mig combination.
Use terror drones to hold the onis off. King onis suck against tesla troopers though, even mecha tengus suck against them.
Why weren't you scouting? you should at least have a hidden bear behind their base to see what they are doing.

I used Apocs vs King onis, epic match !
Hapilly I won this time ! Final match, I need some team mates though.

You just have to have about 3 bullfrogs escorting those.

Game 3 = Me + 2 British vs 3 Korean dudes

It actually sucked, we ended it with a draw as we lost ALL the ores and got no more to build.....

If you have RA3-Uprising the huge thing was probably a Future Tank-X1, if not then it must have been an Athena Cannon (Both a real pain in the neck for your defences and troops respectivley) Just a hint, use the faction that suits you most and is best on the map. Allies have the best air-force, very good tanks, good infantry and a good navy, Russia have a weak air-force, powerful tanks, weak infantry and a good navy. and rising sun have an average airforce (eg. chopper vx ect), average tanks, good infantry and very very powerful navy (Uprising- VERY VERY VERY VERY powerful navy *hint hint my display pic*) and guys this is just what i think not what everyone else thinks

Rush instead of learn how to defend and you will definitely never make it to the higher levels.
