Cabal as faction in C&C 3

I remember something about Cabal originally planned to be an independent 4th faction in early ideas for C&C 3 and expansion packs. I also remember the design that ended up being Nod's powerplant was originally intended for Cabal. Are there any pictures or videos (Concept art included) for this early Cabal faction? Has any C&C 3 mod been made by anyone that makes this original concept for a Cabal faction in C&C 3 a reality?

i think the reson why thay have cabal as a 4th faction is due to the marked of kane , and if you didnt notice in campain , cabal wasnt seen again after he marched his cybornetic army off into the sun set , but after the control nodes where reactivated only his army was , so i think that was just the end of cabal . BUT as for mods , you may half to make your own , if you do please share !!!!!!

i was actually thinking about it, the units are there. we just have to ressurect them.
one thing i would love to see is the firestorm gen cabal uses and both its obelisks buildable again. you would have to design some units, maybe something like a terror drone from ra2 could be a saboteur equivalent. anyway cabal was a great faction but to implement that into cnc3 would take some effort and someone that knows the story far better than i (I just wikied most my stuff lol)

Well, CABAL still exists inside LEGION, so resurrecting him wouldn't be too hard in terms of story. Maybe he could split himself from LEGION's programming, and upload himself to a hidden control bunker.
