Problems running the games

the i try and run the game command and conquer the first decade, (Unable to allocate primary video buffer) dose not matter which game all says the same thing, my pc is more than powefull enougth to play the game. can any one help me with this problem please

Frankaz is reffering to a dxdiag. if you can do that we can help alot further.
also have you read the other parts of this forum? the patches, running as admin with compatability?
powerful means nothing when the configuration is wrong so we will need a look at your specs. just copy it to notepad(there WILL be an option) then cut and paste that here for us. everything the reports says

download Microsoft DirectX SDK(March 2008), load up both 32/64bit control panels, go to DirectDraw, ensure Hard Acceration set to On, close both,
go to Start type DXIAG enter, check display all 3 are enabled, then do same for 64bit, close, now patch games, set to ME, plus run admin, shold now work for all
