TW: Has various mods that add units, add factions or even make a new game, no epics, and is needed to play Kane's Wrath.

KW: Subfactions, some more units, Epic Units, but cannot be modded.

If you're planning to buy it on PC, you gotta buy both. I suggest C&C3 Deluxe Edition that includes both http://www.ea.com/command-and-conquer-3-deluxe.

C&C3 is one of the best C&C games to date, and I enjoy playing both games.

i love my kanes wrath. everything seems good in it except the epic units. they moved the upgrades from being a tech center only thing(seriously why do i have to wait for a tech center to upgrade the power plants?) and the individual factions are good too. I am only speaking multiplayer side of course.

Unless of course you're planning to buy it for Xbox 360 then I have to recommend KW.

Meh. When speaking of campaigns, take both. You'll enjoy them greatly.

they are both bassicaly the same thing except for the campaign. but in my opinion KW is better because of the campaign.

They are both terrific. TW is better balanced, KW has much greater diversity but as always it comes at the expense of balance. Both games are a blast though have fun!
