Its similar to steam, you buy EA only games, and it downloads them. All it is, is EA download manager with a shiney new interface and a new name.

how can i get that then? i prefer buying the red alert 3 on english that to try and make my french version turn english

Just search for Origin and dl it, login and find the game you want.

Here is the Origin link. If you select "English" I suspect that is the version of the game you will get. I do not know this for a fact so if someone that has used it could confirm that please?
