Can only play the first mission over and over. The game will not progress [Archive]

:mad:I have had this game for over a year. I've never been able to play anything other than the 1st mission. Instead of progressing to mission 2 when I beat mission 1 the stupid game relaunches mission 1. I have been patiently waiting for a patch or something. I have contacted support, but they told me they couldn't or wouldn't help me and referred me to this forum. does anyone have any ideas. I feel like I've been ripped off! Everything seem to work fine except for this issue.

Windows 7 64-bit
8 gb RAM
2.1ghz triple core
512mb VRAM Mobility Radeon HD 5470 dx 11 card

I keep all of my drivers up to date. I'm able to play Rage, Skyrim, StarCraft2, & Shogun 2 without any problems so performance isn't an issue. I hope someone knows what I'm doing wrong.:confused:

Check your antivirus software and firewall. Maybe it is blocking your mission progression from being uploaded to your account. I use Norton and my games upload and download is not being blocked.

Maybe you should check the antivirus program that you have. I've heard of people with similar problems who sorted it out, and if you need help then contact your antivirus company for help. Maybe using a lower antivirus setting might help to solve the problem, if solved then try the antivirus settings back to right up again.
