Will Not startup, gets an error.

i have just purchased command and conquer red alert 3, i have it installed, but when i go to start up the game it comes up with a start up error, A required security module cannot be activated, this program cannot be executed (9000). what do i do, and i cant return the game! :(

errr, can you post the exact error message up, and we will go from there.
