One infraction was for saying "menstruating" and another for saying "period". I don't know what the rest are for.

So If I say "End of discussion. Period!" I could get warned because I used the word to symbolise an end of a statement/argeument/Discussion?.............Seems a bit dumb.

I'd take it up with EA_Cire buddy cause I don't think that is right. Yes there is two meanings to that word. One means a time span (E.g "This case will be drawn out over long periods of time") and the other.........................Yeah we know what that means. I just wanna know how you phrased it.
Besides There is nothing offensive about using that word..............for one it's a natural cycle all female species goes through and we eventually learn all about it through primary school and secondry school. Can't see how it's inappropiate language.

The fact of the matter is, no matter what opinions people have of me, I'm not breaking EA's ToS, not in the slightest. So to already have so many infractions when I'm following the rules is a complete and other joke. The fact I can't refer to biological fact is not only a violation of responsibility, but verging on a personal vendetta.

This is something I'd like to talk to CIRE about, I really have no interest in fighting the moderators on the new forum because of my past actions. It's pathetic.

I'd personally make sure you email him about it. Failing that I would try just emailing SOMEONE with in EA games about this matter and see what they suggest. They may suggest you appeal "I tried and failed and I was quite polite too" if that soes not succeed then suggest they have a word with the said moderator about abusing their power and hope they either slap their wrists about this or hope they push for all the silly warnings against you to be stripped and a clean slate given.

The aim of the forums is to provide a fun and encouraging atmosphere to facilitate and build communication amongst the community, and to give fans a place to talk about the games and their interests. Try to keep posts in a friendly manner with appropriate language and things should be all good.
