Try asking EA for a new registration key. I suggest you go to EA's live chat or send a message to EA support.

If the person who sold it to you doesn't give you their email address and password then you have thrown your money away.

i doubt ea will give you a new key, since this was a way of making people have to buy their own copy, stopping second hand games since the developers dont see a penny of that market
