So where can i find the C&C 4 updates?

Mine updated the first time I ran it. I assume that it will update automatically as official updates come out.

If you're wanting unofficial...well, I have no idea.

Just launch the game and it will do it automatically. You can't hit the play button before the patch has been installed.

When you launch the game it checks for the current version. If the program is out of date, it will update to the current version.
