More tools and functions for replay viewing

Description:
We need some new, better functions and tools for replay viewing. For example we'd need something like:

Playback
- Rewind
- Play / Pause
- Slow motion (reverse, forward / with variable speed)
- Fast forward
- Record? (for those who would like to make a video out of it)
- Playback bar

View
- Shroud / FOW: View all / View Team x
- Player view: free / follow cam
- Stealth effect: on / off
- Zoom controls: Zoom in & out, FPS view?
- Follow unit
- View filter? : Normal, Nightvision, Thermal, Monochrome, Sepia, Negative
- Time of day: DAWN/DAY/NOON/NIGHT

Misc tools
- Drawing tools
- Marking tools: Flag , X O, Check, Questionmark, Base / Unit icons etc
- Fancy (but sensible) gauges for statistics

UI
- A high-tech like UI to give that feel that you're a using military-like application that can are seen in the movies 8D

File manager
- A sorting tab for name, date, etc
- Popularity rating by two types: User, Public
- File renaming?
- Tick boxes for multi selections especially for add/ move / remove /rename actions for files?
- Folders / Directories
- Icon / Tagging system to identify certain replays: Favorites, 1v1's, co-op

Positive Effect:
This will make replay viewing a more satisfying experience, and the tools will prove useful for people who would like to make a video or media out of it.

Negative Effect:
Available tools is proportional to game engine limitations

Media:
Blizzard already have those playback functions in their Starcraft/Warcraft series. It only makes sense that other rts games should have it too imo.

StarCraft II Beta – ReplayWant to relive a particularly satisfying victory, or learn from a crushing defeat? The Replay option will show you every detail of a past game, just as it happened. (This feature can also be used as a makeshift benchmark for testing system performance settings.)

It would be so cool. With that type of tool we could all make a C&C TV.

It's not exactly a video editor of some sort, as there are plenty out there to do that. What I'm suggesting is that they should improve the replay feature better than before. And maybe throw in some few options here and tools there to make it a nice feature that we can make good use of ^^

I like the idea. The only thing that would be left out is the ability to record. People are able to record cutscenes anyway, but if BWV doesn't want them to, then they shouldn't give them the ability.

Besides, I like watching cutscenes as I go. I like the ability to replay cutscenes though.

Also, any of these that would require opening the option menu should be possible to change in-game. More games have a capability to change controls and even graphics mid-game these days.

Oh as for the Record part, I was thinking of the Record function at The Sims 3 even though I was aware that there are other softwares out there that can do that. I agree that they should add your ideas too.
