C&C3 Servers Retired

Is it true that the servers have been shut down or is support lieing? I bought the game for my friend and I to play during the steam sales, and we've been unable to get the game registered to log in etc. Heres my correspondance with the beloved EA support.

I'd like to add, that C&C3 is not listed on that site! Perhaps there's a community run multiplayer mode now I'm unaware of?

Someone better inform EA their own servers are running then. I think I'll retry support, I replied back but I think he ignored me xD.
