ive got a pixel problem with C&C3

hi guys i installed my c&c3 on my laptop and i found that i cant set the size of 1366*768 in the setting menu

i hav ATi mobility graphic chipset(dxdiag says it is Radeon HD 6500M) and im sure that i hav latest version of catalyst

i already tried to change the setting.ini file and it didnt work

anyone has any idea of it? if u do plz help me

That's simply because the game doesn't provide that option. It's not a matter of your hardware or such but of the game's available settings...
