I think you should be able to register without leaving the game... Is there an error message when you use the in-game button?

Hi i have just done this myself today, i had to register on here then log into Origin to makesure my profile from this site is linked to origin.
Then while logged into origin i selected a default profile name, i then used this default profile name to create my online account while ingame & i was able to play online.

ok I think I've figured it out. go into the Command and Conquer 3 folder on your hard drive. Go into the support folder, Double click the EReg icon (with the EA logo). This will bring up the game registration program. I filled that out, using my Origin id as my EA account, and could then get online in C&C 3

This game is so hard to register for online lol.

I also used my Origin id to get it to work.

I get the idea that the login is also just abit screwey too which causes the error message some people get saying 'Incorrect password' you just gotta keep trying i guess.

Can't log into my account anymore. Like other users here, trying to figure out the correct "combo" of username/online ID/etc. to play C&C online. And C&C asks for both your EA Account name and your online ID?!? And sheez, how many EA profiles, accounts, online IDs, webpages etc. does a person need to have? For EA alone, I must have 3-4, since all the related games, profiles, accounts aren't linked. Did EA hire the US Internal Revenue Service to organize it's online existance? Anyway, if anyone knows the right combination of EA Account Name, Online ID, account info, etc., please let us all know....

You have to register your game. If you can't do this with the in-game function, your second option should be to log in on ea.com and click on your account and at the bottom of the page there is a small link called "Register My Game". If the link doesn't work I would contact support. As far as Online ID goes, its just your screen name when u play online. You can fill in whatever you want basically.

If the in-game register works, but it doesn't recognize your EA/Origin account you have to do the following:

1. You have to create a "classic" screen name. Go to http://www.pogo.com/action/pogo/lightregview.do and make an account.
2. Go to www.profile.ea.com and log in.
3. After you logged in, click on "add persona" option then click on "existing EA Classic Screen Name" and then enter your account name and that password.
5. Register your game with your account.
6. Log in with your pogo account in C&C3.

Thanks... but what is "pogo"? Why do I need to create a Pogo account to play C&C3 (an EA game)? Is Pogo yet ANOTHER EA account I need to make? I already have a handful. And yes, I've registered the game... several times.
