Dual Screen Error with C&C

I have two screens to my desktop PC, and when I start games like Quake 3, Unreal 3, Crysis, or any other number of games, the other screen becomes inactive and you must minimize the game, or use window mode to get access to windows/or the OS you're using.

C&C does not do that, while in the full-screen game, I scroll over to move the army/tanks and what-not, but the mouse flys of the screen onto the other screen, even though I'm in a full screen game.

Is there anyway of fixing that?
