Yup, it does. That are quite some languages you had to learn. Knowing German and English is enough for me :P

I'm Belgian. I learned English, German, French and Dutch in school. Does that answer your question?

As for C&C, since I made a language switching system in it I constantly test stuff on it in all languages.
