I managed to change the zoom of text and objects from 150% to 100% and the game landed right in the middle as it should 4:3.

I loaded it up today and its still loading in the middle but its super small surrounded by black, I have no idea whats changed... I have tried tweaking resolution, compatibility, zoom... nothing seems to change it stays small :(
