I spent 3 different phone calls today and heard nothing but ignorance on this program bug. this not a video card driver issue, nor is my cable internet by comcast an issue, nor is it my antivius software that I removed COMPLETELY from my system, nor is it anything other than the program and its anti-piracy code.

Someone at EA needs to step up and fix this because I have read postings written as long ago as 2010 that say this is happening, EA is aware of the issue, and it should not be happening any longer. I am going to call again tomorrow, and I hope someone with a little sense answers my call.
