Owned CandC (Generals) several years ago. . .inadvertently lost the packaging/product key at some point so I couldn't re-install it on a new computer. Kind of got an urge to play again so re-bought it off Amazon and got it reinstalled, product key confirmed, etc..
Here's a question, though. I had a bunch of old replays that I had saved. . .kind of wanted to watch some of them. However, when I go to load them (in game), I get a box (in game) that comes up that says something like "Old Replay -- might not display properly", to which when I went ahead and tried to load it, the game shut down.
Anybody have any advice? Anyone have this happen or know a workaround? I can't load the OLD version and use the product key from the NEW purchase, can I?
