Generals won't let me get online. I click online it says connecting. Then it installs some patch then says can't connect. Retry and it tries to reinstall patch! Pls help me!

Which version are you using? TFD or Deluxe/original copies? vGenerals or Zero Hour?

Try to install the patch manually. If you're using just Generals (without the exp. pack) the latest version is 1.08 and for Zero Hour it's 1.04. If you're using The First Decade, go to the TFD forums here and look through the stickied threads there, and you'll find links to the TFD patches (you have to install all of them).Comment

Make sure you run the game with administrative priveliges, so it's allowed to update itself.
But I would seriously recommend the First Decade patches if you have the first decade.Comment

Whatever version that you use TFD or normal, start the game with compat mode im 100% positive that will work.Comment
