  • Online access: can't log in (user name email combo wrong) / create account (wrong pw)

    Hi support,
    just bought C&C first decade and trying to play generals online. When trying to log in with usual EA account says the user name and email combo dont exist, and when try to create one it says the password is wrong...?!

    My EA account works fine with other games on PC and console, is Generals not supported anymore? Is it referring to another account of some kind? Can I create another random account to get access? If so where, cos in-game won't let me!?

    Tried contacting EA general support and they thought C&C G was an xbox game...

    PS tried disabling firewall, and skipping router.

    when u try creating a new one try using a different email address different username and password see if that works.

      Generals online uses GameSpyID for logins, these have nothing to do with your EA nicknames/passwords.

        It worked! My god, why dont they specify that somewhere on the log in page! Or even more so, why don't EA support know about this!
