Windows 7 64bit, Nvidia GF 6800 Ultra.

Any way to fix this? I've heard that installing drivers from 2005 would work, but I can't do that since I'm on Win7. Also I play some newer games with this machine too so I can't really downgrade. Any pointers on what's going on? I've tried installing a few different nvidia drivers and messing with options.ini and in-game settings to no avail.
