Place in the top ten. I concur.

Wow, that list is pretty much spot on in my opinion. Makes the good placement of Hellmarch even more so enjoyable.

i cant help but wonder how this is decided
music that suited the game or just this music is aswsome and happened to be made for a video game.

im assuming the list probably is affected by nostalgia of the game its self.
personally i havnt played alot of those games and as a result havnt heard alot of those tracks but i think some unreal tournament tracks are greatly missing from there. and age of empires

halo and uncharted should of been higher aswel
gta was right to get a few enteries

and yes i think hell march is one of the best game tracks out there so it was right to get a high placement

Great list, Frank's music is really some of the best soundtracks I've heard, even by today. I'm also glad to see Donkey Kong Country on #8, right behind Hell March. The composer of that game is just as brilliant as Frank.

Hopefully in the future he'll compose some more C&C music

Bah, Metal Gear Solid Main Theme < Hell March

But Frank has every reason to be happy.

Well deserved for the awesomeness of Hell March.

I'm glad they put the Green Hill Zone above Mario's theme, though I think Hell March should be a bit higher than it is. Guile's music is cool, but not as good as they're saying. Sounds like Megaman music, though Megaman did it better, I think.

Not a bad list, I have noticed now that I like Sons of Skyrim more than Hellmarch, I guess it's the inevitability of time which blurs and disipates our love for some things, also it has such awesome lyrics (no, not that about not a single sardine!):

                  Dragonborn, Dragonborn
                  by his honor is sworn
To keep evil forever at bay!
                  And the fiercest foes rout
                  when they hear triumph's shout,
Dragonborn, for your blessing we pray!

Hearken now, sons of snow, to an age, long ago
and the tale, boldly told, of the one!
Who was kin to both wyrm
                  and the races of man
with a power to rival the sun

                  And the Scrolls have foretold
of black wings in the cold,
that when brothers wage war come unfurled!
                  Alduin, Bane of Kings,
                  ancient shadow unbound,
with a hunger to swallow the world!

                  But a day, shall arise,
                  when the dark dragon's lies,
will be silenced forever and then!
Fair Skyrim will be free from foul Alduin's maw!

                  Dragonborn, Dragonborn
                  by his honor is sworn
To keep evil forever at bay!
                  And the fiercest foes rout
                  when they hear triumph's shout,
Dragonborn, for your blessing we pray!

One of the songs missing which should be deserved in the top 100 is Frank Klepacki's Divine Intervention from UAW.
