Which of the many different missions/maps in either Red Alert 2 or Yuri's Revenge is your favorite?

My favorite mission would have to be the Allied assault on Moscow and my favorite map would have to be Wild Animal Kingdom.

I really liked the mission in Paris where you turned the Eiffel Tower into a massive Tesla Coil. I don't know about my favorite map but Hammer and Sickle was awesome.

I love the last mission of the Allied Yuri mission. It was irritating the way I had to deal with their superweapons from the get-go, but it was fun to have both techs.

And I don't remember RA2 maps...I should play it after my exams in May.

I see that Red Alert 2 and Yuri's Revenge had some of the best maps out there. With living environments with people, moving cars, and animals that would sometimes attack you.

My favorite mission was the 2nd Allied mission from YR, running around Hollywood with the overpowered Sammy Stallion, Arnie Frankenfurter and Flint Westwood at my side.
I liked the moon mission too.

              Previous favourite map thread.

As for the missions.. I liked Allied mission in RA2 in which you had to take out two Nuclear Silos using Tanya and spies, although infinite amount of spies was a wierd concept. Defense of British Parliament building was also nice, although it could've been harder.

Oh, and Red Dawn obviously because of the nostalgia. :P It's the first thing I've done in RA2.

One other mission I thought was fun was the Tanya battling mind control mission. Its design to showcase how bad mind control is to troops is genius. And the little movie when you lost Tanya to mind control was good too.

I've actually never lost Tanya to mind control...

                  My favorite missions:

Allied mission to defend Einstein's lab (Blitzkrieg is FUN!)

                  Allied Chrono Invasion of Moscow.

The first Allied mission in Yuri's Revenge was cool in that you could make Tanya committ suicide and still not lose. I usually have her blow up a certain nuke plant on Alcatraz.

Mind controlling the president in RA2 (Fox and the hound?) is good fun.

Also Deja Vu, as I always did it in like 5 mins and comletely skipped the allied base.

That was a brilliant mission. I liked how the limited resources turned the mission into something of a puzzle.

I honestly have no favorite. I liked pretty much all of them from both RA2 and YR. But I think the most memorable missions for me were Red Dawn and Lone Guardian (SOV and ALLY first missions) since they were the first impressions I had of the campaigns. That, and I live close to NYC so Lone Guardian was especially interesting for me (though ridiculously inaccurate in terms of layout).

Goes to show the importance of making the first mission of any game memorable.

(heh shameless plug for my map by the way )
