I think we should all agree that CnC 3 TW + KW is the best among all the "new" Command and Conquers we faced. It is so sad to see that CnC 4 failed to live out it's premise and RA3 is not the RA2 sequel I was looking for.

C&C3 had the best atmosphere but RA3 was the most fun gameplay-wise
(to clarify, C&C3 for single player, RA3 for multiplayer)

I agree with this one, C&C3 is fun game for it's many missions, cool units and Global Conquest in KW. Also the possibilities with mapping and modding C&C3 are excellent.
RA3 has the wackiness of Red Alert series making it fun too.

C&C3 is the best "modern" C&C in my opinion, but it doesn't bridge well between Tiberian Sun and itself. Even with Kane's Wrath, you couldn't see the transition from TS flora\fauna into "nothingness" (which I don't like either).

I must say I absolutely adore cnc3. the game is so much fun to play.
however it does NOT continue the storyline adequately enough.
TS had trees spewing forth the tib..... cnc3 had craters... where did the trees go?
TS had mutant animals that would attack.... cnc3 did not
there are a heap of other little things here and there that just don't make cnc3 a TRUE sequel.... but freaking AWESOME game nonetheless

I think everyone can appreciate what the devs of CNC3 tried to do with the storyline. Lack of flora/fauna aside they really did develop the character of Kane as well as the lore of the Tiberium universe. And although the game was riddled with horrific balancing issues right from the get-go, they still managed to keep that CNC feeling. And the graphics aren't too shoddy either. The game's easily more epic and "CNC" than RA3 or TT.

CNC Fallout - best of both worlds.
My vote has to go with C&C3 here though. Gameplay was just right, and the graphics/tone is perfect. I am a fan of the more realistic/serious tone than the glorified comic book that RA3 had become.
