Did you try the turtling tactic? You could've protected your base while you're at it.

I just tried it. It's very easy. Just play as GDI, get some early rifles and garrison the structures next to the spikes. Then follow up with 6 engies and capture all the spikes and the towers facing the enemy.

Meanwhile you should have built a refinery, war factory and 2 extra harvesters. Build a command post, upgrade to AP ammo, and build an airfield. Build as many hammerheads as you can afford and garrison missiles inside them. Then start hammering the enemy using them. Remember to continuously build more hammers and missiles. Just keep the pressure on and focus on powerplants (after AA units of course) and the AI should crack easily.

Edit: Sorry I saw just now that you're playing Scrin... Gonna try it out in a moment.

Edit 2: It took me two tries but I got it. It's not really that hard as Scrin either but definitely harder than with GDI.

Begin by taking the spikes, using 6 buzzers and take the towers facing the enemy. Just leave them be. Micro the towers but this area will be overrun. That's okay.
Now while the AI hammers at your spikes begin harassing with mechapaedes, 3-4 should do it. The trick is to snipe powerplants, and tech structures. While the mechapaedes are harassing build up some (I won with 5) annihilators, and support them with a couple of gun walkers, one or two seekers for stealth detection and preferably some buzzers for degarrisoning. Even the mechapaedes if they survived. Then just steamroll your opponent, who by now if you microed your mechapaedes properly should not have enough avatars to stop this attack.
