    The shaders (the .fx files) that shipped with the ModSDK were compiled, meaning you cannot change them. The OSX port of CnC3 had decompiled shaders which you can edit. You can get the shader source files here (http://www.cncmods.net/files/shaders.zip) You can use any text/code editor to edit them. The shaders are using HLSL supported by DX9.
