  • "CD key already in use" ERROR

    Hi!

    I just open my C&C 4 game box, I installed and update the game.
    When I put my registration key I get this message!

    Can't seem to work arround this, I tryed capital letter and I get the same message!

    Please help!

    Did you buy the game used? Has it been opened before? If not, you should contact EA Customer Support, they will be able to help you.

      I got the same issue, I bought it used on Amazon, is there any way I can go around this?

        I wouldn't get my hopes up, you just bought a used game basically. It's like you bough a key to his door, so the key is useless on your own door. You would have to go to the sellers home and play it on his computer.

          Hmmm. I bought it new as a PC Downloadable - got the code mailed to me, tried to run and am getting the same message.

          Is there a customer service phone number or is all customer care done through the forums?

          Any help would be awesome. Thanks.
