for me generals is a game for community ..on-line play and this kind of things , its not created for story-line ... campaign

Go in game's option and search for "Version x.xx" and tell me what those x are
if u have 1.00 then u need to upgrade the game to the latest version wich is 1.04 (go to multiplayer>online and install...
