In my own opnion it should only work to make one account. And the arguments for that is coming here:

Frank Klepacki is really good.

However, the music for C&C Generals/Zero Hour and C&C 3 Tiberium Wars and Kanes Wrath was really good as well.

I think the music in Red Alert 3 was quite okay...

I think you get some more maps + some collector thing. And maybe a bonus cd or something. (I'm might wrong)
