They've pretty much told us what the future is going to be. If if works out, the Command and Conquer hub will be used for future RA and Tiberian games, too. If not, thet'll probably be the end of the...
I meant in terms of a misleading title. Everyone's pissed about it being F2P, sure, but thet's old news now. If people come in expecting Generals 2 and seeing it's not, that's a whole other reason to...
Just keeps getting better, doesn't it? :p
Damn! Guess there really is gonna be a lot of mislead, angry consumers. It's gonna be C&C4 all over again. Not as extreme, obviously, but still.
Or rather, those who vote "yes" HOPES the same mistake will be made again. :p
I guess it's true, a more appealing title is more likely to draw people in and look in to the game. Still, it'd be cruel to mislead people like that. They'll soon find out it's not the sequal they...
When you get down to it, names don't mean ****. Whether it's called Command and Conquer or Generals 2, doesn't make any difference to the actual game, which is what matters. Unless you're that...
I guess the series is gonna say stagnated forever then. Shame, that's what I feared when I first heard this "C&C hub" idea.
Sure is.
HAHAHAHA!!
Yeah, that's why we pay for games in the first place. Doesn't say anything.
Exactly. It's the perfect fan service, released just after the poor reception that the F2P model recieved. It's obvious what they're doing.
Hah! Hell no. EA are really desperate for people to like C&C again aren't they? I'm guessing they sh** their pants when they saw the reaction to the F2P idea and realised it wasn't going to make them...
I would get bored VERY quickly.
I never sign these things, but this time EA has gone too far. I hope to see this changed.
PC - Call of Chtulu: Dark Corners of the Earth, Lone Survivor
360 - Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning, (re-playing through) Duke Nukem Forever
Wtf. Really, you're actually ASKING for adverts? Every day we're being brain-washed by companies using propaganda to force their products on to us, and video games are one of the few places I can...
No. The whole thing stinks of EA using the C&C franchise to make the biggest buck. Plus, what happened to BioVictory, or whatever? What happened to that emotionally involving RTS campaign? Whos...
This comment struck a cord with me. You might be on to something here. There are enough big games already for EA to mooch off of, they don't need C&C. They own it, and since it's not bringing the...
Yes, good choice! I approve. One of the best RPGs out there, better than Dragon Age IMO. It's a shame you got it digitaly though... the packaging is awesome, it's a piece of art by itself.
Been on a Steam Summer Sale spree this week, and now playing:
From Dust, Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic, Amnesia: The Dark Descent
Loving EoN so far. It's everything I wanted it to be.
PC - Penumbra: Black Plague. Great game, absolutely living up to the hype.
360 - Finished CoD: Black Ops yestorday. Really enjoyed the story, it was surprisingly intriguing, even if the gameplay...

PC - Battlestations: Midway
360 - CoD: Black Ops, Prototype
This was my thinking. Though I think Zero Hour gets it for feeling the most "complete", with three new complete campaigns, three solid subfactions for each core faction, and a solid Commander's...
Welcome to the forum. I, too, enjoyed C&C4 for a few months after it was released. That said, it had the shortest life-span than any other C&C game for me, but it was fun while it lasted.
