Not every one of them. Some engines are made from the ground up with certain genres in mind. Frostbite 2.0 is not nececerily an fps engine because it is used in fps games.

It was Nintendo who brought motion control to the table of gaming which microsoft perfected 5 years later. All the innovation microsoft could come up with for gaming was payable online services.

Moderating on the c&c forums is not strict-ish and has never been so, in fact moderators often let threads open despite them violating the forum ToS.
It is just that people on the forums mostly...

I don't have any errors of any sort, maps load fine.

AMD drivers above 10.6 have bugged my HD4890 to death, each new one fixed the old problems and surfaced another and not to mention the insane performance drop i had on all games.

I still like the visuals of Ra3 a lot. As long as it looks better than Ra3 (without being cartoony unless it is a RA game) im happy with it. I only wish it didn't cap at 30 fps....

The game itself should have updated your Directx during installation. If you are having Directx issues, try updating your graphics card.

If it is ATI or AMD use the AMD website and if it is Nvidia...

Your whole system is low end, you should have trouble playing most games today not just this one. Your GPU especially is much lower than the system requirements, with only 128 mb memory it is normal...
