For the longest time, fans have been complaining about CNC games coming out too soon. Almost all of them have been rushed out too soon and were unpolished/lacking good online play/unbalanced. You should be GRATEFUL that the game's coming out in 2013. It lets them put enough time into this game to be really good. Long dev times don't guarantee a great game, but it sure can help.
