Welcome,

The purpose of the tech support forums is to post about issues you are seeing, and get them solved. It helps us to understand your issues better if you communicate them clearly. With this in mind please try to follow these guidelines for posting about technical issues:

1) The Thread Title
Please try to include some clue as to what your issue is (rather 'than EA FIX this!!!'). This helps us get an idea of the scale of an issue, helps prevent duplicate threads, and stops people wasting time reading the issue when it may not be applicable to them.

Also please try to include the platform you are playing the game on.

2) Content
Watch your language. I realize that you may be '@*3$ing' frustrated, but swearing will just get your thread edited or removed.

Platform. Again, please post the platform you are playing on. If you are a PC user let us know the operating system and rough system specs.

How to reproduce. Please let us know the steps you take to get to your issue. What is the exact error message, if any?

What you’ve tried. Let us know the steps you have taken to resolve your issue yourself, or chances are you will be told to update your drivers again. And Again.

3) DirectX Diagnostics
Please include this information in your posts as it will help us identify whether your computer reaches the minimum requirements and is up to date. To get your diagnostics:

* Hold the Windows button on your Keyboard and press the "R" key.
* In the box, type the following: DXDIAG, then click OK.
* The Dxdiag program should appear. Click on the Save All Information button.
* Save the file somewhere easy to remember like your Desktop.
* Open the dxdiag text file and copy (only) the following sections into your post:
--- System Information
--- DxDiag Notes
--- Display Devices
--- Sound Devices

4) Check the 'Having trouble…' and stickied threads:
These are links the standard trouble shooting steps for a variety of issues that Gamers commonly come across. Please make sure you try steps appropriate to your issue. They are the first thing Tech Support will ask you to try, so working through them first (and noting that you have done so) will save everyone a lot of time and will resolve the vast majority of problems.

5) The Search Function.
Often users will have had the exact same issue as you are encountering, so a quick check to see if there is already a fix available is one of the best things you can do. It saves you time by fixing things right away, and it saves us repeating ourselves, and you get back to gaming as soon as possible. Smiles all round. Just click the Search link at the top of the page by the title, and away you go.

I'll see you on the battlefield.
