problem zero hour

I do not know if this is related here, but I have a game problem
command and conquer generals zero hour
I have installed Tamshak all good I came into the game and that makes me the damn thing
Other computers it works for me and I have windows 7 on all computers and computer game does not work at
Know maybe what the problem? (and I have no antivirus on the computer and it really really new computer I bought it two days ago and turned off the areas of fire also did not work) .....
