What does everyone think about these forums?

    Just wondering on everyones opinion.

For me I don't like all of the locks. I think if a threads are locked a bit too much, and some would just die off anyway if noone had anything to contribute. I personally feel like its all too controlled. Its also a little dead here too, but then again there hasn't been any goss with c&c to make this board active anyway. On the plus side the forums are quite clean and i like the jump to next post buttony thing, and we got avatars ventually.

This isnt a ***** thread btw.

I like these forums as in the forums themselves. But I also agree that threads get locked too much. There are many threads that are locked for insufficient reasons.... like "this discussion has went on long enough."

I read through it and get something ready to say then suddenly "no, sorry, this thread is locked!" Threads should only be locked when they break the forum rules, never for any other reason.

    because i posted in it.....

But yeah the forums are good, even though a couple of mods do take things way to seriously and are a lil lock happy *looks at Geek*

i cant find anything bar the text not being visable when typing a post to a profile and other things like lack of smilies this place is way better than the last.
