    Holy hell in a handbasket! I just watched this, and my hands hurt just watching him!

    Merriam-Webster: strategy- the art of devising or employing plans or stratagems toward a goal

    I'm sorry, but that does not involve any well thought-out plan or "art" of design. That, to me, is making a game a spasmodic psycho chore. Last I checked, you're supposed to take at least 1 second to actually enjoy the game you're playing!

    "In SC most people don't scroll screen they just double tap the numbers 1-0 as shown in the first couple seconds. In Warcraft, you need a lot of screen scrolling for warfare."

    This made me lol, now I finally know why SC1-2 players need good APM, they need to double tap the group keys to get view over them, as you can't scroll the screen like in C&C games.

    Let's fk up more the UI and gameplay and camera functions, no really, it's all good, it will increase your APM, more competitive. More boring and irritating but competitive!

    Seriously, the more competitive an RTS game is the more boring it is, hence all Blizzard games.

    You can though. Not with the right mouse button though which sucks because that is really just the best. Also in SC1 it probably has something to with the fact that you can only control 12 units at a time.

    Yes i agree. what always made old C&C games great was the simple type gameplay where in RTS games now you have a rookie who just bought the game and while he's playing he meets a unit and is like "WTF IS THAT?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

    wow! I just got tib twilight and all i have to say is wtf ? I feel like someone just took my fav childhood dog out back and shot it ! Ive been a hardcore fan from back in the westwood days so i was expecting something atleast on the level of tib wars but this game is horrible. I 100% agree that the franchise need to go back to its bread and butter not taking a turd and putting a nice coat of paint on it its still gonna stink ! I cant believe they cancelled that fps which looked awesome for this !

    I can keep my post simple.

    C&C 95 = Win
    Red Alert = Win
    Tib. Sun = Win
    Red Alert 2 = Win
    Yuri's Revenge = Win (personal favorite)
    Renegade = Win
    Generals = Decent
    Zero Hour = Win
    C&C3 = Win
    Kane's Wrath = Win
    Red Alert 3 = Mediocre, I went ''why does every unit look like a little kids toy?''
    C&C4 = What kind of goddamn abomination is this?

    Above is what I think of all the C&C games I have played, C&C, Red Alert and Tib Sun expansions are included under the games normal name.

    To be on topic: I fully agree that C&C should return to the roots that made games like Tib Sun and RA2 awesome, in contrary to most people, I don't think RA2 looks cartoony, did you guys not see that beast of an Apocalypse Tank?

    C&C should be RTS, not RTT, they need to stop fucking up C&C with their ''experiments''.

    i agree it needs to have the power plants and the money collection system of C&C generals

  9. #49
    and I agree it needs to have power plants, of course... and the money collection system from the C&Cs until RA2. Foolish (I'ts a C&C feature) but heavy armored harvesters collect resources from asymmetrical fields.
