    serial number error?

    ok so i bought the first decade and they had to ship it from the UK to the US and when i try to go online with ether gernals or zero hour it says invallid serial number please try agian. what am i doing wrong?

    i use windows XP and meet all minimal requirments for ALL the games.

    Do all the serial numbers produce the error?
