Arrow Some changes to the factions in Red Alert.

    Subject:
If Victory Games is working on a new Red Alert, they shoud change a few things in the fractions:

    Description:
    Soviets:

The Soviets know very rude, slow, big, interesting and very strong units. These should remain that way. But some things should turn out.

Russia - a large and passionate country. Known for its strong tanks and not the "Tesla-tanks". It should not be a Tesla-tank and other weapon that is based on Tesla technology. Russia should has its own special unit, a special, huge tanks. And she should have several specijalinih units and buildings.
    * Russia - Mig, something like apocalypse tank, a strong boat etc .... or something else..

Iraq - never had a nuclear bomb, nor anything like it. Not even during the Cold War and even during the last war with the USA (2004). Stupid Iraq will be replaced with another country, North Korea. North Korea already has a A-bomb, and the border with the Allies, South Korea, which became even more interesting. She can add Desolatore and other biological weapons.
    * The Northern Korea - known for its biological weapons, Desolator, etc ... or something else..

Libya - the same thing as with Iraq. He never was a dangerous country. Iraq and Libya should be replaced with the countries that really meant something in the socialist era. Libya will be replaced with China. China since the Cold War, the day meant a great danger for all. China openly entered the war to assist North Korea against the USA.
    * China - a country of mass production, rapid production, cheap and very good quality, J-15 etc ...

Yugoslavia (SFRY - Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia) - Another country that has had a major impact on the entire world during the Cold War and until 1990. SFRY was the fourth military power in Europe. Tesla tank that needs to be removed as a single unit of Russia should be transferred to Yugoslavia. Nikola Tesla was from Yugoslavia not from Russia.
    * Yugoslavia - a country Tesla technology, Tesla Tank, Special Trooper Tesla, Tesla opportunities...

    Positive Effect:
Some changes are needed. I hope to make the game more interesting as many units and new opportunities. What would you change to factions?

Way too realistic. Red Alert Universe is suppose to be non-realistic and crazy but serious. And I rather like Russia to have Tesla tech. However I like your idea though.

He is taking his ideas back to Red Alert 2 where there were different countries within each of the main factions (America, England, Germany, France, and South Korea for the Allies; and Russia, Libya, Iraq, and Cuba for the Soviets). The only noticeable difference between these teams was that each one had there own special unit (or the ability to call in paratroopers for the Americans). While Red Alert is meant to be over-the-top and nonesensical, making it more realistic will not necessarily take away from the craziness. The earlier Red Alert games were suprisingly realistic, but they still maintained their crazy over-the-topness. Frankly, after Red Alert 3, Red Alert needs to be more realistic. Not the level of realism found in Generals, but more realistic nonetheless. I do like the idea of unique countries with their own special focus on how they fight. It makes the game (especially multiplayer) much more diverse and interesting.

No, I don't want Red Alert to be realistic. We have Generals, World in Conflict, ect ... But still it is nice to make some changes in Red Alert and I think that this does not lead to the realism, but this lead to interesting gamepley...
