Game Crash ERROR At Start, will not load

Hi, I have just purchased this game and am having issues with trying to start the game.
I input my persona, then the game screen dissapears and i get a game crash box come up, it says: <<<DID YOU REMEMBER TO BUILD DATA???>>>
Type hash mismatch for type 0x1fd451bf i9n assest <<not available>>. Expected Hash: 0x8d020dbe but got: 0xbb6b87ee
256 addresses.

And then there are 256 unknown address listed.
I am running Windows 7 64bit, i tried changing Screen Resolution and update, but no help.
Please could someone suggest a repair, its a shame that when you buy a new Win7 Game you still get these issues before you can play the game.

ok first of all if you can show us screenshots that is helpful. a dxdiag is also good in some cases(others its too much info)
also i went through a different error and when i contacted easupport they said win 7 WAS supported... but NOT win 7 64 bit. so they may help or may not. my problem was resolved from disabling my antivirus for the first load only.. i have not disabled it since and have not had a problem since

Thankyou, but first off, how do i do a screen shot? and second, how do i contact support? What annoys me, is that when they made the game and packaged it, why say on the box, winows 7, and not windows 7 but not 64? these game makers make a fortune out of us, but i am yet to by a game for win7 that works straight off, i now understand why there are so many people illegally downloading games, because they are too expensive when you bare in mind they never work first time.

ok first of when ea say support they mean not tested on. they do have a few ideas on what people tell them.
ok to do a creenshot press the printscreen button(beside the f12 key) then open up paint or other drawing program and goto edit>paste. then cut out all the stuff you don't want us to see and post the error.
ok to get ea support if you use the eadm you can find it in there or just google it for the country you live in. they have a live chat feature which i recommend and if you have the jpg or png (pic) of the error to upload to them(you can do that on the live chat its awesome, as well as a dxdiag which they can run you through) then they will save a heap of time. but to help you on here you might try giving us screenshots. try easupport if they aren't any help post the errors here
