TD, it was the game that started the franchise! Also, it's more enjoyable, but KW I admit is very good aswell.

Voted TD. Never really gave KW a chance because of all the problems when it was released and I still love playing TD.

C&C3 in general is a good game, but destroyed the lore, which C&C, Tiberian Sun, Firestorm and even Renegade helped build.

In my view, C&C3 is a perfect example of what not to do when it comes to continuing a franchise. For me the game was full of bad decisions and continuity holes story-wise, so Kane's Wrath felt like it was thrown in to patch-up the situation by introducing new units and expanding "lore", which C&C3 introduced.
When playing the campaign of both the original and the expansion, the game felt like there was a fight between the story and design departments in EALA. The "story" was about the future, yet the game felt like it was a reboot of the franchise, rather than a sequel. All of that, coupled with symetrical maps and fast-pased gameplay ruined the feel of the older C&Cs. It was a *good* game, but C&C is better.

Kane's Wrath for me. Loved the sub factions and the general gameplay was very good as well.

I really like TD. Was the first RTS I ever played and C&C 3 did screw the story up a bit but the gameplay feels really smooth and I the graphics are still pretty nice for the setting and the units and voices and stuff is all pretty cool in KW
You should be happy you are alive. I am =)

Voted KW, but I haven't played TD in so long so my decision was based on a hazy memory. I hope if I play it again I won't find I regret my decision lol.

TD was very innovative when it was released and, if C&C become a huge and successful franchise, it was certainly thanks to TD. I still prefer TD's campaign than Kane's Wrath. So, my vote goes to TD.

KW, sure TD is the beginning and deserves great honour, but for me KW was the last truely epic C&C capable to have both awesome graphics, variety of gameplay and a really catching story which you can take seriously.
Live well. It is the greatest revenge... And be the salt and light of Earth.

wow wow... they just had to make such hard questions? on one hand KW can be argued as the most "C&C" package, but TD is a classic!
