Co-op with more than 2 players

    Subject:
Co-op campaign with more than 2 players. 3-player co-op, anyone?

    Description:
The subject says it all. Nice and simple

    Positive Effect:
Might be more fun and allows for more diverse tactics

    Negative Effect:
It might be harder to get a game started as you need more players. It might also make the game too crowded
Yeah the US is getting pwned haha...

Having this but with the ability to add AI Commanders if there were not enough people online would make a good fix.

Interesting suggestion. I don't know what sort of complications that involves dev wise otherwise definitely something to think about.

The problem with this is for the designers -- it's extremely difficult to create campaign missions that cannot be won by the combined steamroller of 3 or more combined players.

Having more than 2 commanders on the same side already just seems like it isn't possible. Because the developers would have to make large scale maps and have plenty of resources on them for all players to share. Not to mention that it would very easy to build up one massive force to destroy the AI easily.
