Think we all need a new GEN with a good story line & Network playing.

I never really liked the first Generals because there was a lack of storyline, but if EA were to make a sequel with even a half decent story, I would be happy!

What do you mean "good story line?"

Generals didn't HAVE a story line.

If there was the RTS story equivalent of "Mary Had a Little Lamb," it would be an improvement, because, as much as I like Generals, there's no story to it. Zero Hour did try to rectify that though.

But yes, Generals 2 would be cool. I wonder what Victory Games is cooking up?

for me generals is a game for community ..on-line play and this kind of things , its not created for story-line ... campaign

Generals is great game i dont really think that there will be a better game even ,Gen 2 ..could be just a copy of the original game and that doesnt make it better

I would as well and I suspect we have lots of company. Still chuckling over the topic title. When I read it the first time I could actually hear the need in the word "need"

All i hope is that is retains the same mechanics and mainly, the same mechanics for support powers as the first!
