Metal, rock, orchestal, ambiental, latin and modern japanese music, these 2 are somehow of a generalization since I can listen both guys like Luis Miguel and Juan Luis Guerra or Bacilos and Chichi Peralta, you may translate modern japanese music for "loads and loads of touhou remix and anime OST".
Live well. It is the greatest revenge... And be the salt and light of Earth.

I tend not to think of music I like in terms of genres, only in terms of what bands I currently know and like. So to list a few favourites:

    Porcupine Tree
    Blackfield
    Genesis
    Pink Floyd
    Wu-Tang Clan
    Animal Collective

So what genres do we have there? Progressive rock/metal (Porcupine Tree, Genesis, Pink Floyd), Psychodelic (Pink Floyd, Animal Collective), Neo-Psychodelia (Animal Collective) Hip-Hip (Wu-Tang Clan), Rock/Pop (Blackfield).

    Death Metal

Devourment, Colonize the Rotting, Septic Flesh, Cannibal Corpse. Band's like that. Septic Flesh is Symphonic death metal. Everything's death metal. Teh only genre I listen to. Mostly. I also listen to: Wide variety of metal, classic music, some trance, some techno, some rap. (Insane Clown Posse anyone? :>)

Been getting in to Death Metal lately. My brother's got me listening to Opeth and Death. Loving Opeth, but I gotta say, the screaming in Death still sounds pretty comical to me lol.

I also need to listen to more Drone Metal. I went through a phase of loving Sunn o))) and Borris, Feedbacker is a phenomenal album. Need more though.
