I agree with almost everything except
Radar on Radar Structure - I hate not having a radar, I want my radar as soon as possible.
Carryalls - Also CnC3 system, you should be able to choose.
Stealth Generators That Are Invisible - Overpowered.
No Squads - I like squads better.
Organic Rather Than Symmetrical Maps - I want both, organic for sp and symmetrical for competitive mp.

    Tech Tree Menu:
    Armor Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Shield Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Speed Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Firepower Upgrade +1, +2, +3
I have no idea what you are talking about :S

Support Powers That Are Only Weapons or Reinforcements and Require A Structure On The Battlefield - I say remove direct damage powers but powers like radar jam and such are highly tactical and fun.

I think you need to leave room for the a sequel to Generals, in that list.

An asteroid covered in Tiberium hits USA Air Force General HQ. Problem solved.

Man, you're overplayed Tiberian Sun. 80% of things, that you're listed, are already in current RTS games.

    Armor Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Shield Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Speed Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Firepower Upgrade +1, +2, +3
    Sensor Upgrade +1, +2, +3
No, thanks. I don't want second starcraft. C&C3 upgrades was fine.

    Subterranean Units
we must have something new. Yes, I agree with subterranean units, but not only transport and Devil Tongue. Remember Perimeter game, where we can corrupt ground and enemies can't build on corrupted grounds. Plus damaged ground will damage buildings slowly. We can have something, like underground torpedos, etc

    Cracking Ice
only in campaign. In multiplayer random factor is a bad idea. DoW2 with sync-kills failed, so with Retribution we got nerf for sync-kills for many units. No random factor, please.

    Sidebar
we can have something new. We don't have only sidebar and bottom bar. There are different UI types, DoW2 as example.

    Construction Yard
we can build buildings with different methods. There are a lot base building mechanics. Like Japan/Zerg, Terran, protoss/Undeads (WarCraft 3) / DarkEldar (DoW1), Novus/Masari (universe at war), perimeter (we have some workers, that send blocks throwght map to building, that in process. More workers - faster deploying blocks and faster building speed. We can regulate - slow speed on 5 buildings at same time. medium speed for 2-3 buildings or very fast for 1 building), or Hierarchy (slowly walking buildings, that teleports units near)

    No Squads
Nah, squads makes game more realistic.

    Organic Rather Than Symmetrical Maps
    only if balanced.

Tiberium Fields With The Plant In The Middle
plants?! Tiberium mutated, it's changed and evolutioned.

Support Powers That Are Only Weapons or Reinforcements and Requrie A Structure On The Battlefield - I say remove direct damage powers but powers like radar jam and such are highly tactical and fun.
We must have everything. Some damage'able support powers, some support, some heal/repair, some hacking/defending, etc etc

Plants or cracks in the earth? Does it matter, but I go with cracks because they are in CnC3 which is the newest (not disgusting) tiberium game.

I say all support powers except pure damage. We have units, especially aircraft, and superweapons for that.

Ion Storms - Yes, although they returned briefly in CNC3 and CNC4, it'd be great if they were similar to TS.
Subterranean Units Only for the Tiberium Universe
Emp Cannons - Better if they're infantry/vehicle abilities like EMP grenades from CNC3.
Carryalls - I personally found these useless but thats my opinion.
    Shroud - Ain't bothered.
Dark Atmosphere - Yes, a mix of CNC3 + TS would be great.
Exotic and serious Sci-Fi Technology - Only for the Tiberium Universe nothing over the top though.
Sidebar - For Red Alert and Tibierum Univereses, yes, for Generals, the horizontal bar is fine.
Construction Yard - Yes, however maybe both? Traditional and Simplified game modes.
Radar on Radar Structure - I'm more of a instant radar person, Generals radar system was okay however. (except China radar wasted one of the 128 upgrade limit. )
Stealth Generators That Are Invisible - Always have been afaik.
Tiberium Fields With The Plant In The Middle - I disagree with this, the fissure looks better
No Squads - Maybe both? Basic infantry as single, support/advanced as squads except for Commandos.
Highly Responsive Units - Not sure what you mean here, I think a mix of Generals and Later-era games unit response would be okay.
Aircraft That Can Land On The Ground - Planes? No that just looks silly, Chinooks/Helicopters I can deal with.
Ability To Allie And Declare War - Yes and no, this can be abused.
Deployable Units - In a way yes.
Game Engine That Can Run And Looks Nice On Low End Computers - I agree, however I hope that EA can make further use of New-Era Operating Systems features (like DX11), XP support might be dropped though.

Tech Tree Menu: - So basically a skill system? I wouldn't say no but with the examples you've given it just sounds like crates from older games...

Dinosaurs - No, unless for a fun/side mission
Large Field of View - Not sure what you mean...if you mean map wise you could just use the zoom feature, which reminds me, better zoom support please!

Or you can just use the todays Middle East chaos...or the Korean Peninsula /sarcasm, anythings better than a generic terrorist storyline though.

I agree with you, Zhen. Which is funny 'cause you raped everything I listed pretty much. Carryalls were useful though in TS. Only thing I disagree with. Oh and dinosaurs are badass. WTF wrong with you? J/k.

I forgot, the ability to ally and declare war should be left to the Civilization series, it is not good for RTS games unless you have a mode like in Kane's wrath.

Planes? No that just looks silly, Chinooks/Helicopters I can deal with. +1

I can't speak for Carryalls in TS as I never used them, but the ones in CNC3 were so bad in terms of health (2-4 rockets could down it) but that was probably how it was meant to be.
