ZH is fun as hell when it comes to the multiplayer but it has no story at all. YR has a plot (I don't say better, it just has it), enjoyable characters and gameplay no worse than ZH.
Moreover, I hate this "crates full of money" idea. My vote goes for the YR.

The vote can be only for ZH !
We had Red Alert 1 + Counterstrike / Red Alert 2 + Yuri's Revenge / Red Alert 3 + Uprising
We had Tiberian Dawn + Covert Operation / Tiberian Sun + Firestorm / Tiberian Wars + Kane’s Wrath/ Tiberian Twilight
But there was only 1 Generals + Zero Hour
Everything else then another Game at the Generals Story Line would be a punish for the community that is waiting for years now for a bug fixed Zero Hour Game.
Zero Hour was the best multiplayer CC game at my opinion, and i still would play it if there wouldnt be the scud storm bug, map hacks and so on

Yuri's Revenge because it is way more awesome than ZH ever was. With a more memorable storyline and greater units. I played YR for many years and still do to this day.
