    Post General Questions..

Hey, Im an old school Red Alert fan since the first series + the console game and looking at the C&C4 and thinking what the hell have they done... i dont like the idea of the ore thing being scrapped and now a bundle of 'jewels' is your cash :S

Anyway to my question, how many people are on the multiplayer now?

And is it easy for beginners to start now since the game has been out a year..

And is there any news on C&C5??

    Thanks, Jamie

They're developing it, but other than that, we don't know anything about it yet.

    Edit: Oh, ninja'd.

I'm not sure how many are on MP right now, but the game is pretty easy to pick up. A lot of lessons that normally take a little while to learn like unit counters and such are certainly easier to understand, thanks to very obvious visual cues. The lack of traditional resource gathering and base building, along with a respawn mechanic make it a pretty forgiving game as well.

Do people still play C&C3? If so how long does it take to find a game on there?

No idea on that. Sorry. C&C3 has been uninstalled from my computer for a few years now.

This sucks. I really liked C&C/Red Alert but this new C&c4 looks crap. Dissapointed to say the least

Yeah C&C4 sucks with only 550 people playing online at the moment where you have to wait a few minutes for a 10 vs 10 game to start. Those who don't like to wait and prefer to play with less players it maybe best that they play the other C&C games.

Of course and it doesn't take that long or at least it didn't used to, 5 minutes and you're in a game.
