    Music, use more fast tempo orchestal, rock and metal complete themes.

    Subject:
    Bring back the music that made C&C so awesome, rock, metal, and orchestal themes done with blast beat fast tempos, complete songs please.

    Description:
    Rhytms must be insistent, catching, there must be highly complex great guitar solos.

    Dont use as much tribal like chants as in C&C4, many fans didnt really like it, or use them just to reinforce the overal orchestal elements without losing the metal/orchestal style.

    We like when songs are complete, it gets a bit tiring to listen the same particular theme over and over again, active music diminished the variety of songs and themes, impoverishing the OSTof later C&C games with too much ambient music and too few epic themes.

    Give your music names, one of the reasons Hell March was such an awesome song was bcs it has a great name "Threatened in New York City" is not a cool name.

    Make your music noticeable, C&C3 suffered of almost unremarkable music bcs it was too backgroundish, on that sense Steve Jablonsky is not your best option for a military videogame.

    Positive Effect:

    -The game will have identifiable songs with names, allowing to make new legends on the line of Hell March.
    -People who love metal, rock and orchestal music will praise you.
    -The overall atmosphere of the game will earn a lot with this kind of music, which is vital for an epic militar RTS.

    Negative Effect:

    -People who are not into orchestal, metal or rock will not like this.

    Media:

    Here are some non-C&C examples, I am not posting C&C or Frank Klepacki songs because we already know them and it will be too repetitive, please avoid posting them.

    Damn its like you read my mind, you get my vote for sure. I would also like it if they keep the trend to have unique faction songs like they had for RA3 and C&C4.

    Allied = American music
    Soviet = Soviet music
    Rising Sun = Japanese music

    GDI = heroic/honorable music
    Nod = more eastern Europe/religious music

    Yeah, I liked when they first started that in Generals.

    IT was definitly a nice direction, also, Generals features many complete trailers, a shame none of them had official names.

    Hey!I LOVED C&C 4's music.That's half of why I actually like the campaign!
    Listen to this and try to tell me it's not awesome (or beautiful,whatever positive word you wish to call it):
    (Though I do agree that there could've been less songs with chanting in them)
    But otherwise,yes,I agree with you.I'd like to hear a mixture of the awesome rock that used to be in the games,and also some serious music like there was in C&C 4.
    C&C 4's music makes it feel like the series is a movie,and that's what I like about it.That was movie-quality background music.
    I also think that each universe should have it's own Main Theme. RA already has one.
    And I also agree with Plrsvek.The music should match the factions.

    It would be nice yes, but I want to warn you all. EA has a very bad habit of then selling off said music to all major advertising companies. The Japanese Uprising Music, and Generals music are used by the Military Channel for their ads, and even in their shows!!! History channel also uses same music. Its rather hilarious to hear some of the Generals music being used in those shows but its also a little upsetting too.

    Jablonsky was a good choice, but he never changed up. His Army of Two music was rehashed and used in CnC3 and KW. (Also his tunes have a unique signature sound to them...listen to his Island soundtrack, Army of Two, Tiberium Wars, and Transformers...and you will immediately identify what he worked on.) [His Army of Two and Tiberium Wars music is also used by the Military, History, and Science Channels.]

    The company I would put a big bet on to be the next CnC songwriters which can really sum up CnC style music is EPIC SCORE...a rather small company of musicians who make small time background music for ads...but here is some of their music.

    There are hundreds of small companies with alot of techno/electrical/orchestral/rock background that could be brought to bare on this idea.

    Although maybe some old school Maxis for laughs like this Sim Isle Track...which I consider up there with the CnC game tracks.

    Its not that bad though. A little on the techo/rock side we need.

    hell, as longs as its good, i dont really care wut kind it is really IMO.

    My quote:
    'Meh, I don't really care anymore about the new games direction, with many loads of hours(make that years actually) on Tib Sun, YR, Generals, CnC3, and RA3, plus all the mods they come with, another game with the same old formula is rather redundant IMO. '

    Total Annihilation music was so atmospheric . Also the pre mission narration . Could EA have a competition for some who like to produce music for the game .
